The most impressive building of the estate is surely the old mill. Built in the early 17th century, you can still see all the equipment used to run the mill in its original state. Baron Fallon has artfully restored this building and cleverly incorporated several lodgings combining both the rustic elements of the historic mill and the elegance of the early 19th century manor house.

Le Gîte Vert, located on the first floor above the garden (2nd floor, USA), is a classic example of this unique blend of styles. The living area, part of the old mill, still has the original wood floors and a large french window to the courtyard. Decorated in the simple Provencal style, you will feel instantly relaxed and at home. The bedrooms, at one time part of the manor house, present a graceful elegance with unique tile and antique wood floors, large doors, balcony, and tall ceilings. Since this lodging has both southern and northern exposures, you will enjoy warm sunlight and cool shade.

There is an ample fully equipped eat-in kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a separate toilet room and full bath with tub, basin, and washing machine. Two large bedrooms complete this lodging. The first has three single beds, large French doors opening to the center courtyard and is decorated in typical Provencal colors with antiques from Baron Fallon's family estate. The second has two beds, a basin, and separate shower. There are french doors which lead to external stairs and your private and secluded northern courtyard terrace with teak table, chairs and barbecue.

You can also combine le Gite Vert with le Studio or la Tuzelle if you need extra space for children or guests.
