General renting conditions
- The rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday at 4 pm to Saturday at 10 am.
- The rental cost includes : water, gas, limited electricity (8Kwh/day), taxes, shared facilities, beds and chairs for babies (to be booked in advance)
- The consumption of electricity above 8 Kwh/day is charged at a cost price rate of 0,14€ / Kwh. This usually only applies from October to May, when electric heaters could be used.
- The housekeeping charges are the same regardless of the length of your stay (except for the dishes, the housekeeping is done by us at the end of your stay)
- The "Bed linens " include duvet cover, bottom sheet and one pillowcase per person.
The "Towels" include one large bathtowel, one face towel, one glove (or facecloth) and a bath mat. Also include is a table napkin per person and 2 dish towels per house.
- Animals are forbidden (info : Le Baron Fallon has a nice Bernese mountain dog).
- The access and the use of the on-site facilities (swimming pool, trampolines,...) are under the full responsibilty of the clients.
