General renting conditions
- The rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday at 4 pm to Saturday at 10 am.
- The rental cost includes : water, gas, limited electricity (8Kwh/day), taxes, shared facilities, beds and chairs for babies (to be booked in advance)
- The consumption of electricity above 8 Kwh/day is charged at a cost price rate of 0,14€ / Kwh. This usually only applies from October to May, when electric heaters could be used. Please don't hesitate to get an order of magnitude of the heating cost. It depends of course of your heating habits and weather.
- The housekeeping charges are the same regardless of the length of your stay (except for the dishes, the housekeeping is done by us at the end of your stay)
- The "Bed linens " include duvet cover, bottom sheet and one pillowcase per person.
The "Towels" include one large bathtowel, one face towel, one glove (or facecloth) and a bath mat. Also include is a table napkin per person and 2 dish towels per house.
- In each building, wifi is available at no charge. If you have your own laptop with wifi capability, you will have access to the Internet. This access is limited to consultation of your email or normal search services only.. Games, videos, movies and other such download activities are absolutely forbidden. We do our best to maintain this service, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, the Internet can be unstable or not available and therefore the availablity of this service is not guaranteed 24/7.
- Animals are forbidden (info : Le Baron Fallon has a nice Bernese mountain dog "Simba").
- The access and the use of the on-site facilities (swimming pool, trampolines,...) are under the full responsibilty of the clients.
