At the beginning of the 17th century, a traditional tile works (tuilerie) was built along the hillside (la roque). Its two tile kilns stayed in activity until the 19th century, producing traditional Roman tiles. The two kilns are still visible today and are located at the base of this cottage. The ancient tile works have been completely restored and Baron Fallon has designed the living space on three levels. This beautiful house will give you a taste of the Provencal "art de vivre."

A beautiful curved staircase with custom ironwork leads to a cosy living room with fireplace on the upper level. This area includes a TV and private phone and is nicely secluded from the rest of the house for separate entertaining of the children or if you just want to get away to read and relax.

On the middle level you will find a large dining area with antique oak table opening onto the spacious fully equipped kitchen and a delightful private terrace with teak furniture and barbecue/outdoor fireplace. Also on this level are two charming bedrooms decorated with colorful Provencal fabrics, a full bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet room. For extra convenience, each bedroom is equipped with a separate wash basin nicely hidden by a Provencal fabric curtain.

You enter the first floor through a lovely curved antique door, a signature of the estate. A beautiful curved staircase with custom ironwork leads you to the next floor. On your left you will find two bedrooms, each decorated in the typical Provencal style. Each room includes a separate wash basin and there is a full bathroom with tub/shower and separate toilet room on this floor as well.
